La gr\u00e8ve visait \u00e9galement les organismes priv\u00e9s et publics ainsi que les trois anciennes puissances coloniales qui ont colonis\u00e9 Maurice (La Hollande, la France et le Royaume Uni) pour qu&rsquo;ils<\/span> <span class=\"has-inline-color has-black-color\">assument leurs responsabilit\u00e9s en versant des r\u00e9parations aux descendants d&rsquo;esclaves comme cela a \u00e9t\u00e9 pr\u00e9conis\u00e9 par la TJC. <\/span><\/p>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:50px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-medium-font-size wp-block-paragraph\"><span class=\"has-inline-color has-black-color\"><strong>Gr\u00e9vistes 2013<\/strong> <\/span><\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-gallery columns-4 is-cropped class=\"has-inline-color has-black-color\">Les 26 jours de gr\u00e8ve vont abouti \u00e0 un accord sign\u00e9 avec le Bureau du Premier Ministre. Ce dernier avait propos\u00e9 que la loi r\u00e9gissant le centre <em>Nelson Mandela Centre For African Culture<\/em> soit amend\u00e9e et que le centre devienne l&rsquo;organisme officiel pour l&rsquo;application des recommandations de la TJC.<\/span><\/p>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:30px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-medium-font-size wp-block-paragraph\"><span class=\"has-inline-color has-black-color\">Cependant, 5 mois plus tard, en mars 2014, les Verts Fraternels commencent une nouvelle gr\u00e8ve de la faim, m\u00e9contents de la non-action du gouvernement et de la non promulgation de la loi amand\u00e9e en d\u00e9cembre 2013 du <em>Nelson Mandela Centre For African Culture<\/em>. Apr\u00e8s 15 jours de gr\u00e8ve, les VF ont d\u00e9cid\u00e9 d&rsquo;arr\u00eater la gr\u00e8ve de la faim et d&rsquo;intenter une action en justice pour que la loi soit promulgu\u00e9e, mais la Cour ne leur a pas donn\u00e9 gain de cause.<\/span><\/p>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:30px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-medium-font-size wp-block-paragraph\"><span class=\"has-inline-color has-black-color\">Suite \u00e0 cet \u00e9chec, les VF ont choisi d&rsquo;aller de l&rsquo;avant et d&rsquo;avancer seuls dans la lutte des r\u00e9parations en mettant en place la <em>Green Reparations Foundation<\/em> avec ses <a href=\"https:\/\/greenreparationsfoundation.org\/?page_id=15\">objectifs<\/a>, champs d&rsquo;action et <a href=\"https:\/\/greenreparationsfoundation.org\/?cat=19\">activit\u00e9s<\/a> d\u00e9di\u00e9s pour que les descendants d&rsquo;esclaves puissent aspirer \u00e0 un avenir plus juste et ne sentent plus en marge de la soci\u00e9t\u00e9. <\/span><\/p>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:40px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Le 6 octobre 2013, le parti des Verts Fraternels entame une gr\u00e8ve de la faim dans le Jardin de la Compagnie \u00e0 Port Louis.
